The company signature
One signature, every inbox. Fill in your details below, copy, and paste it into Gmail or Outlook — it takes about two minutes and you only ever have to do it once.
Make it yours
Only these four lines change from person to person. Everything else — logo, colors, address, tagline — stays fixed so we all look like one company.

Pick your mail app. Use Copy my signature above first — these steps assume it’s already on your clipboard.
- In Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon (top right), then See all settings.
- Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature.
- Click Create new, name it Center Stage, and click Create.
- Click into the big signature box and paste with Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac). The logo and formatting come with it.
- Just below, set For new emails use and On reply/forward use both to Center Stage.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Send yourself a test email.
- New Outlook / Outlook on the web: click the gear icon, then Accounts › Signatures.
Classic Outlook for Windows: File › Options › Mail › Signatures. - Click New signature and name it Center Stage.
- Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl + V.
- Set the signature for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
- Click Save, then send yourself a test email.
- Open Mail, then Mail › Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.
- Go to the Signatures tab and select your Center Stage Floors account on the left.
- Click + to add a signature and name it Center Stage.
- Uncheck “Always match my default message font” — this is the step people miss, and skipping it strips the formatting.
- Select everything in the signature box, delete it, then paste with ⌘ + V.
- Set Choose Signature at the bottom to Center Stage, then close Settings.
- Phone mail apps mostly strip logos and formatting, so don’t fight them.
- Use a short text-only version on mobile instead. Copy this and paste it into your phone’s mail signature setting:

House rules
A signature only looks professional when everyone’s matches. Four things to leave alone.
Don’t restyle it
No new fonts, colors, sizes or emoji. The gold is #C8A867 and the type is Georgia and Arial on purpose — those are the two faces that render the same in every mail app.
No quotes or images
Skip inspirational quotes, seasonal graphics and “sent from my iPhone.” They add weight, break on mobile and land in spam filters.
Use your official title
Take the exact wording from the title directory at the bottom of this page — not a version you like better, and no credentials stacked after your name.
One signature, everywhere
Set it for new emails and replies, not just new emails. Most client conversations happen in the reply chain.
The raw HTML
For whoever manages the mail server, or if your app asks for source code instead of a paste. It updates live with the fields above.

Title directory
These are the official titles from the Company Organizational Chart, updated August 2026 — the final word on what your title is. Use yours exactly as written here: same wording on your email signature, your business cards, and when you introduce yourself. Click your name to drop it into the form above.
